New YouTube Documentary Series Gives Fans Exclusive Behind-the-Scenes Access to Colin and Ernie’s British GT Journey

A brand-new YouTube documentary series following Colin and Ernie’s debut British GT campaign has officially launched, giving fans behind-the-scenes access to one of motorsport’s most exciting journeys into the unknown.

The access-all-areas series captures every aspect of Ernie and the team’s step up into the highly competitive British GT Championship — from race preparation and team strategy to the emotional highs and challenges that come with competing at this level for the very first time.

Episode 1 premiered on Sunday covering pre-season tests, with Episode 2 released on Wednesday, offering viewers an authentic look inside the British GT paddock and the realities of building a competitive British GT programme from the ground up.

The release of the series coincides with the second event of the British GT Championship calendar at Oulton Park this weekend, taking place across Saturday 23 May and Monday 25 May.

This time around, Colin and Ernie will face a very different challenge, competing in two one-hour sprint races rather than the single three-hour endurance race that saw the duo secure a podium finish on their championship debut at Silverstone Circuit earlier this season.

ERNIE’S CHALLENGE

Ernie is also widely recognised for his appearance in Niko Omilana’s YouTube series I Travelled The Entire Earth With $0, bringing an established online audience into the world of British GT racing through this new documentary project.

Designed to bring fans closer to the action than ever before, the series following Ernie and Colin delivers candid moments, exclusive footage, driver insight, and the raw emotion that comes with stepping into a new level of competition.
