SILVERSTONE TO HOST BTCC SEASON LAUNCH

The 2021 BTCC Season Launch and official test will take place at Silverstone on Thursday.

  • For the first time this year, all 29 drivers and cars will take to the Silverstone National Circuit for the official BTCC pre-season test.
  • Official championship photography and ITV filming duties will also be carried out, in preparation for the season opener.
  • Turkington will have six hours worth of track time available, to put his 2021 Team BMW 3-Series through its paces.
  • Live timing will be available, and behind the scenes Team BMW content will be posted throughout the day.

LIVE TIMING

TSL will be covering the official test.

The first test session will run between 1000-1300, and then the second will follow from 1400-1700.
