Colin Turkington Kicks off his “Jump Into Ireland” Tour with Subaru

Today sees Colin Turkington begin his “Jump into Ireland” road trip, as the Northern Irishman commences day one of his four day road trip.

Touring the brand new Subaru Levorg around the North of Ireland, Turkington will stop off at his favourite destinations along the way – detailing “his” Jump Into Ireland guide.

Along with numerous photo stops, the double British Touring Car Champion will be filming his own video guide along the way. As a proud sporting ambassador for Northern Ireland, the 34 year old father of two is keen to showcase and explain the Northern Ireland locations that he regularly chooses to visit.

Day 1 will see him sample the culinary delights of Belfast along with a few personal favourite pit stops along the way including Titanic Belfast and home of Northern Irish football – Windsor Park.

Day 2 takes Turkington West to the beautiful lakelands of Fermanagh, home of the 5*star resort Lough Erne and one of Ireland’s favourite water sport locations.

Day 3 brings Turkington up to the stunning beaches of the North Coast. The popular filming destination for Game of Thrones it is also home to the well known Giants Causeway and Carrick a Rede rope bridge.

The final day sees Turkington go East to the breathtaking Mourne Mountains. A personal favourite for hiking and fell running, the beautiful Newcastle town was recently home to the 2015 Irish Open Golf Tournament.

Driving a road car version of his BTCC race car, the Subaru Levorg that Colin will be touring should be easy enough to spot on the roads.
